In the midst of a challenging trading environment for the hospitality sector, UKHospitality have reported like-for-like sales rising 4.1% on last year’s Christmas, and just two weeks into 2019, and we’re already seeing some exceptional trading results from our clients.
One figure that really stood out to us was D&D’s like-for-like sales on Christmas Day, which increased 20% on the previous year. Sounds like a very Merry Christmas indeed!
While we’ll be expecting to hear more great news of this ilk through the rest of January, we wanted to take this opportunity to say congratulations to all of our clients who traded well during December. We know how hard they worked and it paid off in spades.
